Questions & ANSWERS

Do I really need a Will?
Yes – having a Will means your wishes are clearly recorded and legally protected. Without one, the law decides who gets what, which might not reflect what you want. A Will also lets you name guardians for your children and leave specific gifts or instructions.

What is a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)?
An LPA allows someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf if you’re ever unable to do so. This could be about your finances, property, or health. It gives you peace of mind knowing someone you choose is in charge if the unexpected happens.

Can I update my Will if things change?
Absolutely. It’s a good idea to review your Will after major life events – like marriage, divorce, having children, or moving house. We make it easy to amend or replace your Will so it always reflects your current wishes.

Do I have to come into an office?
Not at all. We offer home visits and remote appointments to make things as convenient as possible. We’ll work around you – whatever suits your lifestyle best.
